About us:

PRO-COMPANY Managementberatung is a management consultancy based in Germany. Our consulting services are aligned with the requirements of our clients. Our consulting focus areas are digital transformation, organisational support as well as strategic management topics and consulting around M&A processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analysis of market, company and organisational structures
  • Answering key questions from decision-makers through the use of suitable analysis and management tools
  • Contributing to projects on digital transformation, organisational development, IT strategy and software development
  • Conception, planning and implementation of your own projects
  • Preparation of decision-making bases, presentations and recommendations for action for management
  • Further development of analytical skills, methods and internal structures

What we are looking for:

  • Successfully completed degree (Bachelor or Master), e.g. in business or medical informatics, health economics, business administration or a comparable field
  • Initial relevant professional experience in consulting, IT project management or healthcare
  • Affinity for technology
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Enthusiasm for working on complex questions with quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • High willingness to learn, curiosity and a structured way of working
  • Very good communication skills, persuasiveness and sensitivity in dealing with clients
  • Very good written and spoken German as well as good English skills
  • Willingness to undertake project-related business travel
